Diagnostic estimates, not guarantees
Scores and findings are diagnostic estimates based on the pages and evidence available when scanned. They are not legal, professional or search-engine certification. We do not guarantee AI citations, mentions, rankings, traffic, sales or any business result. AI answers can vary between runs, and pattern-based detection can miss a mention or count a mention without understanding its tone.
Raw HTML limitations
The scanner reads raw HTML and does not execute JavaScript. It may miss content that requires client-side rendering, sign-in, interactions or access through blocked pages. Network errors, crawl limits and third-party changes can affect coverage. Free scans cover up to 10 pages; a full-site audit covers up to 25 pages. Review evidence and limitations before relying on a report.
Paid reports and checkout
Current catalog prices are one-time charges of US $10 for a page report and US $49 for a full-site audit, with no subscription. The checkout screen shows the amount to review before payment. Paid reports include a PDF and are linked to your account. AI visibility and competitor features marked coming soon are not included in these paid reports. Access is granted after a verified Stripe payment event, not simply after returning from checkout. Live payments must remain disabled until account configuration and legal pages are ready.
Failed reports and refunds

A processed refund revokes the associated paid-report entitlement and PDF access. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Your responsibilities

Acceptable use
Do not use the service to probe private or internal networks, bypass access controls, overload websites, evade quotas, share another person’s paid access, abuse authentication or payment systems, or upload instructions intended to manipulate the service. Do not use it for unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights. We may restrict abusive requests to protect the service and other users.
Providers and availability
The service depends on hosting, Supabase, Stripe, email delivery and any configured AI or search-data providers. Provider availability, prices and behavior may change. Engines without a connection show Integration required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or delivery time. Keep copies of reports you need; this draft does not promise a specific service-level agreement.
Liability and applicable law
Reports are supplied with the limitations described above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clairen Haus is not responsible for business losses caused by relying on diagnostic estimates or third-party answers.
